Samantha DiBenedetto, MD, has joined the practice to provide expert cancer care to the community in Northern Virginia.

Dr. DiBenedetto joins a passionate team of experts delivering progress and hope to patients across Northern Virginia. She will provide care for patients at the Fairfax office.
Dr. DiBenedetto received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada. She then went on to complete an internship and a residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she served as chief resident. Dr. DiBenedetto also completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where she was named chief fellow.
As an active participant in the professional healthcare community, Dr. DiBenedetto is a current member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), the American Society of Hematology (ASH), and the American Society of Oncology (ASCO), and has served on several institutional committees. She has a special interest in clinical trial development, health equity, quality improvement, and medical education.
