2026 Insurance Changes
Are you making changes to your health insurance plan for 2026?
If so, please contact us before your next appointment. Providing your updated insurance information early helps us obtain timely approvals for your care in the new year. If your insurance plan is not changing, no action is required.
How to Submit Your Updated Insurance Information:

- Online: Upload your new insurance card directly to our patient portal at https://login.navigatingcare.com .
- Email: Send a copy of the front and back of your new insurance card to VCSInsuranceChanges@usoncology.com . Please include the patient’s full name and date of birth.
- In Person: Inform our Front Desk staff or your Patient Benefit Representative of any upcoming changes.
- Phone: Call us toll-free at 800.998.3450 to speak with a representative.
- Note: Medicare Open Enrollment is active from October 15 – December 7, 2025.
