Uploading images
Before your first visit, after completing your patient forms (here) your physician/surgeon may ask you to upload images (cd) related to your visit. Please click on the relevant link below to upload your imaging.
IMPORTANT: The file(s) will be retrieved by your physician – please have the images uploaded at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.
