What is immunotherapy?

CAR T-cell therapy: Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is a highly specialized treatment in which a patient's T cells are collected and genetically modified in a laboratory to better recognize cancer cells. The enhanced cells are then infused back into the patient to attack the cancer.
