Schedule an appointment (tell us you’re seeking a second opinion). Send us your relevant records (pathology reports, imaging, lab results, and prior treatment history). Meet with your provider to review findings and discuss recommendations.
What to Bring / Send
- Pathology reports
- Imaging reports and CDs (or upload instructions)
- Lab results
- Medication list
- Insurance card and referral (if required)
