Dr. Mitul Gandhi, a Medical Oncologist with Virginia Cancer Specialists, highlights a key milestone in that effort. “Over the past year, we have developed a partnership with Reston to treat our most complex blood cancers for patients using cellular therapy—otherwise known as T-cell immunotherapy, CAR T-cell therapy,” he explains.
