Payment Policy Update: Virginia Cancer Specialists Will No Longer Accept Cash

Beginning September 1, 2026, Virginia Cancer Specialists will no longer accept cash but continue to accept credit cards, debit cards, flexible spending account (FSA) cards, health savings account (HSA) cards, and personal checks.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve safety, streamline operations, and enhance the patient experience, cash will no longer be accepted beginning September 1.

Patients may continue to pay using:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Flexible spending account (FSA) cards
  • Health savings account (HSA) cards
  • Personal checks

This change allows us to provide a more efficient and secure payment process while continuing to offer convenient payment options.
