Ashlyn Wallace is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in oncology and clinical research. She currently serves as a Clinical Research Nurse Practitioner at Virginia Cancer Specialists in partnership with NEXT Oncology, where she plays a key role in advancing cancer care through innovative clinical trials and patient-centered research.
Ashlyn began her career in oncology nursing at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where she worked for over six years in hematology/oncology and bone marrow transplant units. She later transitioned into clinical research coordination at Georgetown University’s Clinical Research Management Office, where she supported a wide range of oncology trials and patient care initiatives.
With a strong academic foundation from Georgetown University and Marywood University, Ashlyn combines clinical expertise with a passion for research and evidence-based practice. She is committed to improving outcomes for patients through compassionate care, scientific rigor, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
