About Christine Song

Christine Song is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with Virginia Cancer Specialists. She currently serves as a rounding NP at INOVA Fairfax Hospital and INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital, where she provides inpatient hematology and oncology consultations. In this role, she manages a wide range of acute oncologic conditions and collaborates closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Christine’s clinical background spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, with prior experience at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where she managed complex hematologic disorders, and Inova Fairfax Hospital, where she specialized in neurology. Her diverse nursing experience also includes roles in float pool and telemetry units, giving her a broad foundation in acute and critical care.

She completed her clinical training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she gained hands-on experience in managing hematologic malignancies and advanced cancer therapies. Christine is passionate about patient education, continuity of care, and supporting patients and families through every stage of treatment.
