Dr. Elizabeth Feldman received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her internship at Penn State-Hershey Medical Center as well as her first 2 years of residency. She then became a fellow at the National Cancer Institute, completing a 3 year basic science and clinical research fellowship in the Surgical Branch. Dr. Feldman completed the remainder of her residency at Georgetown University Medical Center. She was an assistant professor at Georgetown, in the Department of Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital – after completing her Society of Surgical Oncology breast surgery fellowship at Anne Arundel Medical Center. She has been in practice since 2008, and has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 2013.

Dr. Feldman is an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons as well as the American College of Surgeons where she serves on various committees. She has been recognized as a “Top Doc” in both the Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazine for several years. Her in-depth knowledge of nationally recognized surgical procedures for breast cancer and her experience working with the very latest clinical research protocols broadens our knowledge base and brings new energy and ideas to the breast care team. She believes in a patient-centered approach to cancer care. Dr. Feldman has a special interest in nipple sparing mastectomy, oncoplastic breast conservation, and patients who are at high risk for developing breast cancer.

Dr. Feldman is married and the mother of a boy and girl. She enjoys traveling, fitness, reading, and spending time with her family.
