Tejas Suresh, MDDr. Tejas Suresh is board-certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine. He is a native Marylander and graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County as part of the Meyerhoff Scholars’ Program with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to earn his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh and subsequently completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Hospital, where he was awarded the “Leo Davidoff Teaching Award”. Dr. Suresh then completed his fellowship training at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. He has contributed to several peer reviewed journals, including The American Journal of Hematology and Oncology, Behavioral Brain Research and the Journal of Neuroscience.
Dr. Suresh is enthusiastic about serving the community in Northern Virginia. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, watching movies, being a foodie, supporting Washington area sports teams, and spending time with his wife (a pediatrician) and young son.
