Dr. Liang is a board certified medical oncologist and clinical investigator whose expertise will further strengthen one of the region’s most advanced and comprehensive cancer research programs.
Dr. Liang completed fellowship training in Medical Oncology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine after serving as Chief Resident and completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Dr. Liang earned his medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine and his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Maryland.
Dr. Liang joins Virginia Cancer Specialists at a pivotal time of growth for the practice’s research and clinical trials program.
